Samantha joined her first gym at the age of 18 and never looked back – not even when she became pregnant. Since becoming a proud mother of two, she has been on a mission to help women everywhere create the healthiest pregnancies possible and regain their bodies in a safe and functional way. Samantha shares her passion and work-out secrets regularly on THE MARILYN DENIS SHOW as a fitness expert.
After receiving her Fitness Leadership Certificate from Seneca College, Samantha has become a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre and Postnatal Exercise Specialist, Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Specialist and has been trained in the Hypopresive Method.
She is also the founder of Core Expectations,Toronto’s only full service wellness team that delivers personal training, abdominal rehabilitation, and other support services to the homes and offices of pregnant women and new mothers across the GTA.
